Reservations

We provide full-time, part-time, or hourly care to meet your needs!

RESERVATIONS: While drop-ins are allowed at the center, reservations are strongly encouraged. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee there will be a spot available for the client unless you have a reservation for a specific time and have turned in paperwork. However, drop-ins are gladly welcome as long as we have room. Note: reservations can be made and prepaid 1 month in advance. Prepayment is required unless other arrangements are made.

CHECKING-IN/CHECKING-OUT: All clients must be signed-in and signed-out from the center. All persons checking-out a client must be on an approved list that is signed by the clients guardian and must show a state issued ID before the client will be released into the person’s care. If our caregivers ever have questions about who is picking-up a client, we will contact the client’s guardian before allowing the client to be checked-out. Also, because we offer drop-in, part-time, and full-day care, it is very important that you pick up the client on-time. Please always confirm your drop-off and pick-up times! Note: additional charges of $5 will occur for every 20 minutes a client is left after hours. If you need to cancel or change a reservation, 2-hour notice is required for a full refund; otherwise you will be charged for the first hour of care.
